Wednesday December 14
7pm, Chauvel Cinema
Consistent with the vision to bridge international film cultures, each Sydney Film School Festival showcases a short film produced by emerging filmmaker from another country.
The 15th SFS Festival invites you to celebrate the beauty of the contemporary Korean Cinema.

The short film "Younggil's Angels" will be screened as a special feature of the Graduation Screening Night, on Wednesday 14th of December at 7pm.
Produced at the Korean Academy of Film Art and directed by their student Lee Ho Kyung the film follows Hye-jeong, a high school student who persuades two of her friends to form a team, and audition to be cheerleaders for the National Wrestling Championship, in order to win over her crush -- Young-gil, a wrestler from her school.
This session is supported by the Korean Cultural Office and the Korean Film Festival in Australia, and will be introduced by Mr Kieran Tully, Marketing and Festival Manager of the Korean Cultural Office, where he programs the weekly Korean film night 'Cinema on the Park'. He is Artistic Director of the Korean Film Festival in Australia (KOFFIA) and is completing a Masters on Korean Film in Australia at the Australian Film Television and Radio School (AFTRS).
